Unique Sintering Principle
Hoffman Kiln is a circular/elliptical long tunnel divided into multiple chambers, with fixed bricks and movable fire. The kiln is divided into preheating zone, burning zone and cooling zone, which move along the circular kiln path with continuous loading and unloading. Fuel is injected from the roof coal feeding hole, burns in the brick stack gap and generates heat for sintering; the air required for combustion is fully preheated by the cooling zone hot air, realizing ultra-high heat utilization efficiency.
